Checking your points
Due to technical difficulties, you are no longer able to request your NTN
Players Plus points directly from this page. You can now only login to your Player's Plus information from the
NTN site here.
PIN Code to Site Number Translation:
When you call the 1-888-PLAY-NTN for technical support, the support
tech will ask you for your site number. If you don't know your
site number then you can derive it from your PIN's three letter
site extension:

Changing Names:
You may change you Player's Plus handle by simply emailing pplus@ntn.com requesting that your account handle be
changed.
Another way to play under different names all the time is to use a foreign account. Go
to another NTN establishment and set up a new Player's Plus account. Then play using that
pin code. You'll be able to change your name every game if you want, and still accumulate
points, although you wont be able to see your totals.
Playing away from your home base:
If you see players with a yellow plus next to their handle, that player is a foreign
Players Plus account holder.
What you need to do is memorize the location code of where your account is. When you
sign on with your four-digit pin the playmaker will inform you what the three-letter
location code is. When you go to another location, you will need to sign on with the full
seven digit/letter pin combination. Then the playmaker will ask for your handle. You may
enter any name you like at this point. It does not matter what name you choose, because
that location has no idea who you are, except that it will upload any Player's Plus points
you make to the NTN central computer using your pin code. If you happen to make the
national top twenty list, it will show your actual Player's Plus handle, because the
central computer does know who you are. So if you're trying to be incognito, using a fake
name, everyone will see your real handle when it shows up on the top twenty board.
(LILJOL/CARTMN adds) one very useful side
benefit in playing as a
visitor and putting up a different name locally is that one can find out if
the site's scores are being transmitted to NTN. If the real handle shows up
on the Network board, good; if the local handle shows up, not good.
